Our End-to-End Destination Wedding Service
Planning a wedding from another country means trusting someone with hundreds of decisions you can’t physically verify. Our destination service is structured to give you full visibility without requiring you to be on the ground.
1. Remote design and consultation
All consultations are held over video call. You receive curated theme decks, floor plans, and visual references in your inbox. We collaborate on every styling decision before any vendor is booked.
2. Venue sourcing and inspection
We shortlist venues based on your guest count, theme, and budget — then conduct site visits on your behalf, sharing photo and video walkthroughs. You see the venue before you commit.
3. Vendor consolidation
Florals, sound, DJ, photography, videography, transport, signage, and setup are all bundled inside your chosen package. You sign one contract, not eight.
4. Run-sheet and timeline build
We construct a minute-by-minute run-of-show that accounts for guest arrival timing, ceremony flow, speeches, dinner service, and entertainment. You receive a copy before you fly in.
5. On-the-ground execution
Our setup crew installs the entire event. An on-site coordinator (included in Signature and Lux tiers) manages the day from arrival through dismantle — so your only job is to be present.
The Essential Edit — AED 35,000
The foundation package for destination couples on a clear budget. Includes backdrop, florals, signage, centrepieces, DJ, sound, setup, and transport. Best paired with a venue that already provides catering and basic AV.
The Signature Edit — AED 45,000
The most popular tier for destination weddings. Adds aisle florals, photography OR videography (4 hours), live music (saxophonist or violinist), and a dedicated on-site coordinator. This is the recommended starting point if you won’t arrive in Dubai until 2–3 days before the event.
The Lux Edit — AED 65,000
The fully indulgent destination wedding experience. Adds fresh florals for the head table, a custom 5×5m dancefloor print, and a bespoke DJ booth — for couples who want a visually unforgettable celebration with no concessions.
Boho Bloom — for desert and outdoor venues
Pampas grass and earthy tones photograph beautifully against Dubai’s desert venues and outdoor terraces. A natural fit for couples drawn to relaxed, image-first celebrations.
Ever After — for hotel ballrooms
White and blush mono-floral styling for couples staying at five-star hotels and using their ballrooms. Timeless aesthetics that suit luxury indoor venues.
Barely Blush — for intimate fly-in weddings
Pastel pinks and airy florals work especially well for smaller destination weddings — 30 to 80 guests — where the styling needs to feel personal and warm.

Yes. The majority of our destination clientele has never seen the venue in person before signing. We provide video walkthroughs, floor plans, and live consultation calls so you can make every decision with full information.
Venue hire is arranged separately, which gives international couples full flexibility on hotel, beach, garden, or private estate. We handle the venue shortlist, inspection, and booking on your behalf.
October to March. The weather is mild (20–28°C), outdoor venues are usable, and natural light is at its best. Demand is highest in this window — book at least 6 months ahead.
Marriage registration is a separate legal process and varies by nationality and faith. Many couples have a legal ceremony in their home country and host a symbolic celebration in Dubai. We can refer you to authorised registration providers if required.
Yes. Our packages cover décor, entertainment, and coordination. You can layer in additional services such as bridal hair and makeup, henna, or catering enhancements — our team will integrate them into the run-of-show.
