The stage sets the focal point of the room and the frame for most of your photographs. We build three footprints: 2.4m × 3.6m, 2.4m × 4.8m and 3.6m × 7.2m, each in acrylic or vinyl and dressed with the bridal sofa and backdrop.
Bigger is not always better. A large stage and three-panel backdrop need ceiling height and clear sightlines behind them. In a smaller or low-ceilinged room, a compact stage with a stronger palette usually photographs better. Check ceiling height and any fixed fittings above the stage position before you choose.
Backdrops come as a 2m single panel, a two-panel or a three-panel structure, all dressed in high-quality artificial florals. Entrance décor and welcome signage set the theme before guests reach their seats, and a six-piece floral pathway leads to the stage.
Why artificial for structures? They are built hours before guests arrive and viewed from a distance. Artificial florals hold their shape and colour through a long setup and a warm venue, which matters in Dubai.
From the Signature Edit, the build adds a 1.2m × 4.8m acrylic catwalk in white or mirror, a 5m × 5m dance floor and a lighting system. These three pieces change how the room reads after dark and give your entrance and first dance a defined space. Your venue floor plan needs to fit them alongside the tables.
Fresh flowers are used where guests sit close and look directly, which is where they make the most difference.

Logistics are included in every package. Our crew delivers, installs and dismantles the full build, working to your venue’s supplier access time and takedown deadline. On the day, the build is managed as part of a run-sheet; see what happens on the wedding day.

Venue hire, catering and beverages are contracted with your venue. Check whether your venue’s hire fee covers tables, chairs and linen. Guest counts above 100 need a custom quote.

Our wedding decoration is priced in three packages: AED 35,000, AED 45,000 and  each for up to 100 guests, with logistics and setup included.
It depends on the venue’s supplier policy. Some allow any licensed supplier, some charge a surcharge and some require their in-house team. Check before you pay a deposit.
Backdrops, entrance décor and pathways use high-quality artificial florals. Centrepieces are artificial in the Essential Edit, mixed in the Signature Edit and fresh in the Lux Edit.
